1) Feel what you are feeling. Is that feeling between you and yourself? Is it a wave, a signal, a moment, something that hasn’t been thought of yet, an impression of someone else, some of these things, all of these things, something else entirely? Journal about it. Make a note of it. Observe it. When and where does it subside? The Realization: You are watching it. It is not watching you :) 2) Sleep and frequent mild exercise. They support each other and your health in an alternating flow. One in front of the other. The Realization: It is a practice unfolding naturally. 3) Constantly drinking water and eating every few hours. You are an active biological system. The Realization: Maintain your evolving system.
