1) Be loving to yourself with thoughts, words and deeds. 2) Pratice gratitude, say thank you when you mean it. 3) Compare your reality to your goals and values. List 1 task this week that is in line with your values. Repeat weekly. 4) When it's simple, safe and possible just be yourself exactly as you are. 5) Drink water and eat nourishing food. 6) Walk or enjoy your favorite exercise for 20 minutes 3-6 times a week. 7) Genuine, kind, trustworthy friends are good company to keep.
