3 Steps End Clutter

(Mobile friendly) Efficiency and time management walk hand-in-hand. Are you overwhelmed? Solution: Create success and balance utilizing your personal values and daily actions. Self-actualize control in 3 steps of "compartmentalize practice” daily. 1) assessment 2) evaluation 3) opportunity I) Access your task list or calendar. Divide your life into three basic categories: 1) Personal 2) Money 3) Physical Health As you go throughout the day completing and working on tasks write beside each task one of these three categories 1)Personal 2) Money or 3)Physical Health. II) At the end of the day schedule and honor 5 minutes of time to work on yourself. Inform the people around you, family, your friends your co-workers that you're going to take 5 minutes to do a self-actualization exercise. Take a deep breath in, relaxing the neck muscles as you exhale and inhale as you begin to evaluate your written list and assessments. Observe where the majority of your efforts were spent. Was it personal? Was it money or physical health? Are you happy with those dividends so to speak? If the answer is yes then you're on the right track. If the answer is no cross out some of the activities you would replace and write in the name of the preferable category. Once you've finished this basic assessment and evaluation take a minute to daydream. And when I say a minute I absolutely mean no more than 60 Seconds. Now draw a line below the exercise as you've completed it to this point. Below that line write a brief description of your daydream. III) Opportunity: Draw another line under your daydream written description and list two reasonable and subtle actions you could easily try within the next 24 hours to live more closely in line with the life of your dreams. Sign and date your statement and check back in with it in 24 hours freely offering yourself the opportunity to modify any course of action at any time reasonable during the ongoing daily experience of Self-actualization in 3 steps of "compartmentalize practice” daily. Enjoy this subtle but significant experiment phase. Self-actualize control in 3 steps of daily "compartmentalize practice."
